Promised to be an amazing event, featuring "1,000 foot-high halo made of light and fire" this event drew hordes of people, everyone expecting to see something beyond extraordinary. Unfortunately, weather did not cooperate. And the moment fireworks began (7:45pm) really big shower started to pour. Probably due to shower something did not work and the promised halo was more like a chaotic semi-circle. Because of promises of "out of this world" view expectation of this event was much more than the reality (maybe it did not look as good due to weather).
